happy anniversary

Joy felt good today. Really good. AND . . . it is the second day in a row that she is feeling so good. Although she's still feeling nauseous, she's had some transfusions which have really helped.

What REALLY helped, however, was her surprse outing with Ken to have a personalized tour of the hospital's helicopter pad complete with a view of the city lights. After, both Ken and Joy returned to her room where they consumed both chocolate cake and a delicious movie.

Happy Anniversary! :)

Happy Anniversary!! Hope you could take off the Hazmat mask for a kiss on the helipad! Spent an hour with Olivia tonight (shopping for invitation paper-although it won't look anything like what you would have designed, Joy. You are a master of invitations.) She was her usual happy self :). We would love to know which scriptures Sister Sohm was referring to, Ken. We would like to mark them as well. Lots of love and prayers,
Jen & Brent

Hey Joy and Ken! Happy Anniversary! In your honor, Jack and I will go have some Indian or Thai food. Can't wait until you can join us again for dinner-we'll even let you pick the restaurant (and pick up the tab!) Just kidding. Joy, if your having a craving for a curry, just let us know and we'll sneak it in!

Seriously, a special thanks to your family for providing this blog so we can keep up-to-date without bothering Ken or the family. We will do our best to keep Josh entertained in Sunday School and we will definitely keep all of you in our prayers! Let us know if there's anything we can do.--The Vicory's

We are so glad that your treatment is going well and that you were able to spend your Anniversary together. Might be the most memorable Anniversary of your lives. We look forward to reading and hearing more! Our prayers are with your entire family.

Happy Anniversary you two! Glad you could see the lights of SLC...sounds romantic! Just hope you had your hospital gown tied in the back Joy, or I'm sure you would've felt a little draft :)

I enjoying reading this blog and finding out how everyone is doing. So glad that you have been able to see your kids...that would brighten anyone's day!

Best Wishes and many prayers!
