WHAT TO DO TO HELP

This is CK, one of Ken's many sisters. Ken, his mother and Joy's parents and I all met last night and figured out a game plan to manage things while Joy is in the Hospital. There are a number of things that we can do to help, whether we live near or far. Please see the right side of this blog under "HOW TO HELP" to find out what you can do.

I know Ken and Joy are both very grateful for all of those who have reached out to them. They feel blessed to have so many wonderful friends.

Joy--Wow! I am so sorry. I hope and pray that all will go well during this tough time of chemo. Stay strong! I will be thinking about you and praying for you and all your family. I will certainly contact your mom so I can help with your kids. My 18 month old would love to have 2 someones her size to play with! All of your kids would be welcome at my kid-friendly house. My kids love new video game partners. I will be out of town until the 10th, but then I will be free to help in any way I can. Good luck. My sister Vicki Hunsaker works with your aunt Barbara at the R.S. building. What a strange connection. She will be praying for you also. I look forward to our next SA get-together with a healthy you! Good Luck. Love, Karen Cox

It won't be long until the Prince has his elegant Princess home. It will just take a little longer for the professional medical teams to do their magic. I hear there are many 'Earthly Guardian Angels' who are helping with 5 little Angels wondering when 'mommy' is coming home, as well as home necessities. To all of you that I do not know I give my sincere love and thanks for your help of my elegant niece Joy. God hears and answers prayers and with everyone who knows Ken and Joy ... Heaven must be overwhelmed with the prayers being offered up in behalf of Joy, Ken and their children.
We Love You Dearly .... All Our Love, Uncle Mark, Auntie Marsh and Family.

Joy and Ken, We just found out today what you have been going through for the past couple of weeks and what lies ahead in terms of getting you all better and back home. Please know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers and we want to help in any way we can. Emily would LOVE to have Gracie over to play ANY TIME and, of course, any and all of your children are welcome any time as well - the more the merrier!
Sincerely and with much love and support, Chris, Vicki and Emily Sanford.

Joy,
John and I have been thinking and praying about you so much. We can't wait to come see you when you are feeling a little stronger...which by the looks of things, you are surpassing expectations constantly. NOT SURPRISED!!! I mean, c'mon, you're JOY!!! I have missed you so much over the years and look so forward to getting our families together again when you're feeling better. I'll be contacting your family to find out where I can help. (We will be home on Monday.) Just know that we love you and will see you soon!!! Love, Jenn Gubler 801-756-9617
